The disclosed pipeline is not evenly distributed. The North zone (DFW metro) and West Texas absorb most of the announced AI capacity. PCLR / Batch Zero allocation is decided per-node, not per-zone, but zone-level concentration is the first proxy for where the constraint study will bite.

Sources

Official press releases, SEC filings (10-Ks, S-1s), ERCOT Large Load Workshop slide decks, and major-trade-press coverage. Each site entry carries the source citation; click a site to see it.

Coordinates

Lat/lon are city or county centroids unless a specific facility was publicly geocoded. Precision is sufficient for state-wide visualization, not for parcel work.

MW values

Public nameplate or disclosed targets, not metered demand. Phased campuses show the full disclosed envelope, not the energized portion. Expect ±15%.
