Every state page ingests filings, bills, and ordinances from the underlying docket corpus: PUC/PSC orders, DEQ/EPD guidance, state-agency rulemakings, and county text amendments. An LLM extracts material facts, parties, deadlines, and regulatory citations into a structured record. The pages render from that record with explicit “as of” timestamps and next-refresh timers.
Texas adds live ERCOT grid state on top (system load, HB_NORTH LMP, grid condition) because the operational picture swings the underwriting. Other states get the live countdown and ticking “last verified” until their own grid feeds are wired in.
