OG&E announced a contract with Google for three new data centers in Muskogee and Stillwater. Google will cover 100% of grid-connection costs and pay all contracted charges regardless of consumption (take-or-pay capacity), and will contribute capacity from two new solar facilities. OG&E said the agreement will form the basis of a stand-alone 'large-load' tariff to be filed with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission no later than July 1, 2026. OG&E stock +5.6% pre-market.
