Every engagement follows this shape. The specific artifacts change by solution; the cadence and the responsibilities do not.
Phase 01
Day 1
30-minute walkthrough with a Cliffcenter domain lead. We walk you through the workspace using either our sample data or a redacted version of yours, and we leave you with a scoped pilot proposal within 24 hours.

Days 2–4
Mutual NDA signed same day. Pilot MSA is a short, friendly document we negotiate in hours, not weeks. Data intake happens over a secure shared channel. Production workspace is provisioned within 48 hours of signed contract.

Days 5–10
The first deliverable ships within a week of workspace provisioning. For Queue Intelligence, it is a queue risk memo with a POI shortlist. For Incentive Optimization, it is a ranked incentive stack. For BTM Workflow, it is a regulatory graph for your deal. For Site Intelligence, it is a candidate site list. For Services, it is a scoped site memo or a pathway analysis.

Phase 04
Days 11–20
We integrate with your existing stack — Slack or Teams for alerts, Asana or Linear for project management, your engineering tooling for models, your CLM for filings. Most integrations ship within a week. Custom integrations take 30 days on enterprise plans.

Days 21–30
By day 30, the workspace is running, the team is onboarded, and the first round of filings or diligence is complete or in flight. We schedule a 30-day retrospective with you, document what worked, and decide whether to expand scope.

The best pilot starts with a specific, named project. A candidate POI, a candidate site, an active FERC docket, or a delayed filing. Not a hypothetical.
If you don’t have a live project yet but you want to evaluate the platform, we can run the pilot against a redacted version of a prior project or a hypothetical derived from your thesis. But the fastest path to value is a real one.
