The commitments
Volume and multi-solution
Customers running three or more Cliffcenter solutions get a bundled discount that typically lands between 15 and 25 percent. The discount is designed to reward commitment, not to hide list pricing behind a wall.
Customers bringing 10 or more active projects into Queue Intelligence or Site Intelligence get volume pricing. The conversation starts at 20 percent off list for double-digit volume and moves from there.
Enterprise customers with procurement-driven negotiation get straightforward terms — annual commit with multi-year options, consolidated billing, standard MSAs and DPAs. We do not play procurement games.

Pricing
Most customers start with either Queue Intelligence (one ISO, one project) or Incentive Optimization (one filing). Expanding to additional solutions is a flat-rate add-on — no re-platforming, no new MSAs.
